Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards and use a secure payment system.
1. Browse our Store at your leisure until you find a track, pole or accessory you like.
2. For tracks and poles, click the arrow next to the size box and then click a length from the list.
3. If there is no arrow or list then simply enter the exact length of pole you require (in
centimetres) in the length box.
4. Then click the "Add to basket" button.
5. Your shopping basket will be shown.
6. At any time you can remove an item by clicking the "remove" button next to that item.
7. You can buy two or more of each item by changing the quantity and clicking the "Update" button next to that item.
8. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to browse for more items.
9. Click the "Checkout" button so we can ask a few details to satisfy the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards but not American Express or Diners Club.
Guarantee of Quality: We guarantee that all products featured on our web site are of the highest quality. Occasionally certain items may be unavailable at the last minute in which case we will provide a substitute. Whilst we try to avoid this happening, we guarantee that the item provided will be of at least equal quality and value, and will be as close to the original item as possible.
Retention of Title: This remains with us until the goods are paid for in full.
Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties: These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
Application of Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT is shown separately from the cost of each product package, where applicable.
Order Confirmations: Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, with payment made through the secure payment gateway servers, you will receive two e-mails. An 'Order Confirmation' from us and a 'Transaction Authorised' receipt from the payment gateway.
Stock Levels: As far as is reasonably possible, all products featured on the web site are in stock and available at the time of ordering.
Confirmation of Despatch: Confirmation of despatch of orders will be sent by e-mail on despatch or shipment of all orders.
Invoices: Will be sent when goods are paid for in full
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed by paying at the checkout Fit-ex Ltd cannot cancel the order unless the item is out of stock, See Back Orders below.
Stock items can be returned to Fit-ex Ltd - see Returns Policy below.
Made to measure items cannot be returned, see Returns Policy below.
Delivery
Delivery Methods & Times: We only despatch our products by UK couriers or UK 1st class post, to ensure that items are handled carefully! With the exception of weekends, Christmas period and Bank Holidays, we aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Normally orders are despatched within 5 to 7 working days after your order is received, with 48 hours delivery for UK orders. Orders to other countries may take longer.
Delivery Charges: These are given as part of the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over £50.
For orders under £50 there is a charge of £14.50.
Delivery times depend on the pole or accessory chosen and stock availability.
Standard delivery is 72 hours for stock items.
Delivery on Made to Measure tracks, poles and blinds is 10 - 30 days depending on the product.

Back Orders
If your item is out of stock and going to be longer than the estimated delivery times shown on the site we will advise you of the delay by e-mail fax or telephone, with the option to cancel the order if required.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 2048 bit encryption systems. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products (except made to measure orders) come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee.
Please contact us if you would like to return a product.
Goods must be in their original packaging and be unopened.
Once we have received and checked them, your card will be credited.
We regret that any carriage costs cannot be credited.

Fit-ex.com do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

To follow up on the delivery of a product or for any enquiries please contact us.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
This guarantee does not include made to measure curtain poles, and blinds.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received the goods and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card).
Please note
Returned items should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier.
Your items have been delivered free of charge (over £50) and you will have paid on average 15% less than other stores charge.
If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to make a charge of £14.50 per parcel (the amount we get charged by the carriers).
Returns Procedure
Please contact us to let us know you are returning any items.
We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.
We will then give you the address to return the items to.
If you want us arrange the collection and use our carriers we will need to take your credit card details to deduct the £14.50 per parcel (the amount we get charged by the carriers)
Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
